We established the company in August 2007 to support the retail skills agenda.  As qualified HR practitioners, we have a wealth of experience and are fully conversant with industry standards. 

Recognising the potential of the Industry to support the British economy, there is also a requirement to inject skills and maintain generic standards across all Retailers in line with the Sector Skills Council’s approach. 

We relish the opportunity to shape and structure the future plans of People Development whether it is in education or commerce and use a variety of pre-established networks to provide solutions across 3 different delivery strands: Commercial Sector; FE/HE Sector & Associate Consultancy.
